Everyone! Whether you’re an adult refining your technique, a teen chasing faster times, or a little one making their first splash, our instructors tailor each lesson to fit your age, experience, and goals. 

All three coaches teach swimmers of any age and level. If you want to focus on stroke mechanics and endurance, Yaron is a great match. If you’re aiming for speed, turns, or competition prep, Adi will push you to new personal bests. If building confidence (especially for first‑timers and young children) is your priority, Daniel creates a supportive, fun environment.

Lessons run 30 or 45 minutes, depending on what you choose when booking. We start with a quick chat about your goals, dive into skill‑building drills, and wrap up with feedback and home drills to keep improving between sessions. 

Lessons are held in our outdoor pool—which stays warm all summer—so there are no chilly surprises. Parents and friends can relax on our spacious deck and cheer swimmers on from the sidelines.

Just your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, goggles (if you have them), and a water bottle. We provide kickboards and fins as needed. 

You can book online anytime via our scheduling page. Need to change or cancel? Log back into your account at least 24 hours before your lesson to avoid fees. 

Yes! We can accommodate small groups (up to 4 swimmers) at a reduced per‑person rate—perfect for friends or siblings who want to learn together. Just select “Group Lesson” when booking. 

First‑lesson jitters are normal! Our instructors excel at gentle introductions: games, floating exercises, and praise for every milestone. We never push too fast, and we celebrate each new skill to build confidence. 

Absolutely. Our deck is spacious and comfortable—feel free to relax with a book or snack while cheering from the sidelines. 

Generally, a little rain doesn't affect us. We have outdoor umbrellas for the parents on the deck, and the kids are going to be wet in the pool anyway. In the event of a thunderstorm or reduced visibility due to rain or fog, we’ll notify you by phone and email with options to reschedule.
